From home-brewed to shelf-ready.
A brand built to grow.
Rebranding · Brand Identity · Packaging Design · Product Development
CUPSULAH started as a home-based coffee business, built on experimentation, passion, and product quality.
As the brand entered the market, the challenge shifted.
It needed a visual identity strong enough to support multiple product categories, retail presence, and future expansion.
The existing branding lacked the structure and clarity required to scale. This wasn’t about a surface refresh , it was about creating a brand system that could evolve without losing coherence.
Strong brands don’t rely on trends. They rely on systems.
We identified the need for a clear, iconic visual language , one that feels modern, confident, and instantly recognizable, regardless of product type. Each product needed to feel distinct, yet unmistakably part of the same universe.
We elevated the existing logo and rebuilt the brand around it , refining its presence and ensuring it could anchor a growing product range.
From there, we designed a highly structured packaging system based on simplicity, clarity, and consistency. Each product category follows the same visual logic while allowing room for color, illustration, and variation.
Every box, sleeve, and pack was treated as a unique design , not a template.
We delivered a complete rebranding and full product development ecosystem, including:
Each format was fully customized , from structure to artwork , ensuring the brand performs seamlessly across shelves, categories, and customer touchpoints.
The visual direction is clean, bold, and deliberate.
Strong compositions, disciplined layouts, and intentional color use create a brand that feels premium without excess. The system allows each product to stand out while reinforcing a cohesive, instantly recognizable identity.
CUPSULAH evolved into a market-ready coffee brand with a scalable visual system designed for growth.
The rebrand gave the business clarity, confidence, and flexibility , positioning it for retail expansion and long-term brand consistency.
