The Challenge

CUPSULAH started as a home-based coffee business, built on experimentation, passion, and product quality.

As the brand entered the market, the challenge shifted.
It needed a visual identity strong enough to support multiple product categories, retail presence, and future expansion.

The existing branding lacked the structure and clarity required to scale. This wasn’t about a surface refresh , it was about creating a brand system that could evolve without losing coherence.

The Insight

We identified the need for a clear, iconic visual language , one that feels modern, confident, and instantly recognizable, regardless of product type. Each product needed to feel distinct, yet unmistakably part of the same universe.

Our Approach

We elevated the existing logo and rebuilt the brand around it , refining its presence and ensuring it could anchor a growing product range.

From there, we designed a highly structured packaging system based on simplicity, clarity, and consistency. Each product category follows the same visual logic while allowing room for color, illustration, and variation.

Every box, sleeve, and pack was treated as a unique design , not a template.
