The Challenge

COCORA began as a home-based coffee project  crafted with care, passion, and personality. A guy brewing iced coffee in his own kitchen. Flavored, brewed coffee made by hand. Paired with homemade sweets created by his wife. The challenge wasn’t the product, it was scale.

COCORA needed to evolve from a local, intimate concept into a retail-ready brand, without losing its soul, story, or warmth. The identity had to feel homemade but never amateur.

We realized the brand needed to visually translate its flavors, process, and emotional origin, while being structured enough to sit confidently on supermarket shelves.

Our Approach

We built COCORA’s brand identity around custom storytelling illustrations, created exclusively for the brand.

Each drawing reflects the coffee’s flavors, notes, and personality, turning packaging into a visual experience rather than a label. Nothing was generic. Every illustration was intentionally designed to feel warm, expressive, and handcrafted.

The visual language balances playfulness with clarity, allowing the brand to feel approachable while remaining scalable and retail-ready.
